A 74-year-old Aurora woman was treated Tuesday at Copley Memorial Hospital and released after she fell into an open manhole on Downer Place near Broadway. The woman told police she was walking to a nearby bus stop when she fell into the hole, which was open because a Commonwealth Edison employee was working below, police said.
