A 21-year-old Westchester man was arrested over the weekend after leading police on a chase that ended near a Butterfield Road hotel. Scott Kizior of 1956 Portsmouth St. was charged with drunken driving, fleeing and eluding, speeding, and driving without insurance, according to police. Police said they clocked Kizior driving 71 m.p.h. in a 45-m.p.h. zone.
