Nancy Freed, 35, of 20380 Torrence Ave., Lynwood, was charged Friday with driving on a suspended license, driving an unregistered car and improper use of a vehicle registration. Freed was stopped when a computer check showed the license plate on the car she was driving as being assigned to a different vehicle. She was released on a personal recognizance bond.
