With the rap of a gavel, the Heinous Judicial System Award passes from Cook County to Will County, courtesy of Associate Judge Ludwig Kuhar. Slapping into jail a child who is in desperate need of love, understanding and the protection of the law was an act of savagery reminiscent of the Dark Ages.
Kuhar joins a long line of jurists who have distinguished themselves in recent years by their inability to temper justice with compassion or even to grasp the business they’re in. I will support any cause directed at removing him from the bench.
