Some findings from a recent Prevention magazine survey of 1,000 Americans:

– If it cost the same, 87 percent would buy organic produce.

– Even if it cost more, 41 percent who have eaten organic would buy it.

– Long-term health benefits are the reason 59 percent buy organic.

– Twenty-one percent buy organic for its nutntional value.

– Fourteen percent buy it for its superior taste.
