Police Tuesday charged four youths with criminal damage to property after they were accused of throwing rocks and overturning lawn statues in the 6200 block of Sunflower Road. Police said Andre L. Galbreath, 18, of 6244 Streamwood Lane, Matteson; Bryan T. Lumpkins, 18, of 35 Oakview Drive, Matteson; Stanley Patterson, 17, of 6039 Elm Lane, Matteson, and Anthony T. Reynolds, 18, of 14906 Hoyne Avenue, Harvey, posted $100 bonds and have Oct. 27 court dates.
