I am a mail carrier, and I was very offended by the Sept. 19 Op-Ed page cartoon, showing a postman delivering the mail in a chauffeured limousine. Just because the Postal Service may end the year $1.8 billion in the black doesn’t mean that money goes to the carriers. Also, what about the years the postal service is in the red, like the rest of America?
