Play Giggle Wiggle and start a goofy chain reaction.
With players in a circle, one kid makes a movement, maybe tapping her head. She keeps tapping while the next kid taps and adds a new move, maybe sticking out his tongue. Player 1 has to do that, too. No. 3 adds a move, like bending knees. Three giggling kids, three wiggling moves, and so on. Players drop out when they mess up until the winner wiggler is left.
