IMC Global Inc.’s directors approved a 2-for-1 stock split and voted to increase the quarterly common stock dividend by 60 percent. The stock split will be distributed Nov. 30 to holders of record Nov. 15. The post-split cash dividend of 8 cents a share will be paid by the Northbrook fertilizer company Dec. 29 to owners as of Dec. 15.
