Will Fassinger, 18, of 739 Crest Ave., Schaumburg, was charged Saturday night with possession of alcohol and possession of 8 grams of marijuana after a police officer spotted Fassinger take a drink of beer while he was driving near the intersection of Palatine and Wolf Roads, authorities said.
