Robert E. Przybysz, 25, of 521 Dempster St., Mt. Prospect, was charged Monday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on Randall Road. During a vehicle search, police said they found rolling papers and tweezers with marijuana residue. A body search of Przybysz also allegedly produced a marijuana pipe and box containing a marijuana cigarette, police said.
