Troy James, 38, of 346 Boston St., Chicago Heights, was charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol and illegal lane usage Tuesday after being stopped on the 7600 block of West 183rd Street. He was released on $3,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Feb. 23.
