A 29-year-old Chicago man who officers thought was wanted on a warrant was charged with a felony narcotics violation, police said. Jose Reyes of 2701 W. 24th St. was a passenger in a car police stopped Wednesday on Butterfield Road. Police said he matched the description of a man with the same name wanted by another jurisdiction. Officers alleged they found cocaine in his possession and charged him with possession of a controlled substance.
