Star Trek Voyager figurines (Playmates, about $5 at toy stores). Hit the Delta quadrant with the crew of the U.S.S. Voyager. All the members of its crew are now available as action figures, but Neelix (right) is by far the most interesting. Each one comes with a display base, collector card and accessories (Neelix has a tricorder, phaser, beacon and cooking pan).
