Neil J. McClanahan, 18, of 16744 Hobart Ave., Orland Hills, was charged Sunday with domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said McClanahan allegedly bit a woman on her chest, scratched her body and grabbed her by the throat when she tried to exit a truck in which McClanahan lived at his parents’ home. Police said when they found McClanahan sleeping in his parents’ garage, a chrome pipe used for smoking marijuana was discovered in his possession. He was released on bond.
