The scoop: A Florida couple adopted Twiggy I after a 1979 hurricane and taught it to ski via remote-controlled boat. The rest is show biz history. Twiggy III now tours the U.S. with a contract requiring a heated 25-foot pool. She’ll perform ’til the show closes Sunday at the Rosemont Convention Center.
