A 17-year-old Villa Park youth was arrested Tuesday after being accused of taking basketball trading cards valued at $79 from White Hen Pantry, 54 S. Villa Ave., police said. Robert T. Spencer, of 267 S. Myrtle Ave., was charged with retail theft.
