Brunswick Corp. said it agreed to buy the Boston Whaler line of offshore fishing boats from Meridian Sports Inc. for about $25.3 million. Brunswick, headquartered in Lake Forest, also said it plans to divest its freshwater fishing boat brands. It said the moves are part of its plan to restructure its fishing boat and recreation business.
