A 17-year-old was arrested last week after allegedly knocking out several of his mother’s teeth with a cordless telephone after she refused to buy him a cellular telephone, police said. James J. Pappas, of 4 N 784 Illinois Highway 83, near Bensenville, was charged with domestic battery, police said.
