Courtney L. Boettcher, 20, of 1224 Walden Oaks, Apt. 1-G, Woodstock, was arrested just before 1 a.m. Tuesday in Huntley and charged with driving while her license was suspended, and operating a vehicle with an expired registration and a suspended registration for non-insurance, police said.
