The Senior Passport Health Fair will be held at Good Shepherd Manor. The fair is sponsored by Good Shepherd Hospital’s Senior Passport department in cooperation with Good Shepherd Manor.
The fair, which is open to individuals age 55 and older, will include a blood test for gout, glucose, potassium, renal function and cholesterol levels. The cost for the test is $15 and participants must fast for 12 hours prior to the test. There will also be free screenings for blood pressure, foot problems, hearing loss, pulmonary function and diabetes.
