The time has come for Illinois to strengthen the Illinois Clean Indoor Air Act and ban smoking totally within all indoor public facilities. This ban must include restaurants, malls and bowling alleys. Non-smokers have suffered enough from the aggravating and insidious effects of secondhand tobacco smoke.
