Candice J. Hogan, 23, of 8215 S. Damen Ave., Chicago, was charged Saturday with driving on a suspended license. According to police, her 1995 Ford Escort was stopped while eastbound on 159th Street at 88th Avenue when police noticed the vehicle had no front license plate. She was released on $100 bond.
