Gov. Jim Edgar on Tuesday appointed Brent Bohlen, 46, a Springfield attorney and writer, to the restructured five-member Illinois Commerce Commission.
Legislation passed last fall reduced the size of the commission from seven members. Attrition had reduced the current commission to five members and Edgar reappointed all but one commissioner, William Dickson.
