Police seized 40 grams of crack cocaine and an unspecified amount of cash during a drug raid Friday afternoon at an apartment in the 1600 block of Mulberry Lane, police said. James Lucky, 21, and Lamont Johnson, 29, both of 1690 Mulberry Lane, Elgin, were each charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, police said. Arthur Jones, 19, of the same address, was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of a controlled substance, police said.
