Andre Peterson, 20, 1376 Monomoy Ave., Aurora, was chaged with disorderly conduct Tuesday after he allegedly threw rocks at a window and yelled toward the apartment of a 19-year-old woman who lives in the 1200 block of East Wilson Street. Police said Peterson had been warned previously not to return to that location or he would be arrested.
