A rally aimed at gathering together men of all races and denominations to address various community woes, including drugs, violence and unemployment, has been planned by local religious leaders.
One of the organizes, Rev. Walter H. Blalark of the Living Gospel Church of God in Christ, Elgin, said the rally grew out of his participation in the Million Man March last October in Washington.
10 a.m. Saturday, Wing Park, Wing Street and Wing Park Boulevard.
