The Museum of Contemporary Art, open 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday for a free Family Day preview, will open fully to the public July 2. Designed by architect Josef Paul Kleihues, the new building at 220 E. Chicago Ave. has 151,000 square feet of space, making it one of the largest museums in the world devoted to contemporary art.
