A 31-year-old man was arrested last week after being accused of hitting his children with a telephone and hitting an officer who went to his house to investigate a report of trouble, police said. Mariano Bailon of 121 Dierks St. was charged with two counts of domestic battery and one count of aggravated battery, police said.
