KNOWLEDGE WORKER: A new title describing people who work in jobs where technology and information intersect. These can be webmasters, architects, engineers, computer scientists, teachers. Predictions are that jobs for knowledge workers (there are an estimated 1 million of them now in the U.S.) will grow 25-30 percent a year.
