A 17-year-old McHenry man was charged with unlawful use of a weapon Wednesday after being accused of using a set of brass knuckles to hold his belt together, officers said. William B. Blanchard of 515 Emerald Park Drive was arrested during a traffic stop. Brass knuckles are illegal in Illinois.
