A swastika was painted on the door of a man’s home early Saturday in the 600 block of Bluff City Boulevard, police said. When the victim’s dog began barking, he looked out the window and saw two men enter a car and drive away, police said. The victim, 48, then opened the door and saw the freshly sprayed hate symbol.
