A Wheeling woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol Monday after a minor traffic accident at U.S. Highway 14 and Crystal Point Drive, police said. Stanislawa Gaska, 59, of 1111 Pleasant Run Drive, also was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. A breath analysis indicated Gaska had a blood-alcohol content of 0.13. No one was injured in the crash, according to police.
