James T. Cusak, 26, of 381 Elmwood Ave., was picked up Tuesday on a warrant held by the McHenry County sheriff’s police for alleged failure to appear in court. Cusak was unable to post bond and he was taken to the McHenry County Jail.
Daniel B. Scherf, 17, of 1311 Behan Rd., was arrested Tuesday and charged with criminal damage to property after he allegedly damaged a light pole. Scherf was released after posting a $100 cash bond.
Jose L. Martinez, 25, of 401 E. Main St., Belvidere, was picked up by Boone County sheriff’s police Tuesday on a warrant held by the Crystal Lake police for alleged obstruction of justice and possession of drug paraphernalia. Martinez was taken to the McHenry County Jail.
