Randall W. Larrimore, chief executive of MasterBrand Industries Inc., a Deerfield-based unit of American Brands Inc., will replace James S. Beardsley as president and CEO of Milwaukee-based Master Lock Co., another American Brands unit. Beardsley resigned, reportedly because of differences with American Brands’ management. Larrimore will run Master Lock while a permanent successor is sought.
