Andrew Hearn, 50, of 1509 Shields Ave., Chicago Heights, was charged with retail theft Wednesday after he allegedly took merchandise from Super Kmart, 16300 S. Harlem Ave. He was released on $1,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Nov. 18.
