A 15-year-old boy was arrested at South Hill and Jackson Streets at 1 p.m. Wednesday and charged with failure to use due care to avoid a collision, no valid driver’s license, failure to give aid or information and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, police said. He was released to the custody of a parent with a notice to appear in court on Dec. 4.
