Police are investigating a burglary reported Sunday in the 1700 block of Mountain Drive in which six guns, jewelry and silver flatware were stolen. The owners of the home returned from a two-week absence to find that it had been forcibly entered through a side door and several rooms were ransacked, said police. The telephone lines were cut and the alarm system was disabled, according to police reports.
