What to put more fruits and vegetables into your diet? The National Cancer Institute tells you how:

– Buy them In many forms-fresh, frozen, dried and canned-so you don’t run out. Use the fresh product first, then the hardier and preserved items later in the week.

– If you’re in a hurry, buy cutup fruits and vegetables at your market’s salad bar.

– Keep a fruit bowl, small packs of applesauce, raisins or other dried fruit on the kitchen counter, table or in the office.

– Put fruit on cereal for breakfast. Add fruits ‘ — ar vegetables to soups and salads, or eat them raw.

– Eat fruits and veggies as miday and after-school snacks or while watching television.
