Barbara Soucie, 29, of 502 5th St., Harvard, was arrested at about 12:40 a.m. on Wednesday at Ayer and Sumner Streets and charged with disorderly conduct for public intoxication, according to a police report. Soucie was given a notice to appear in court on March 17.
