Jay J. Locascio, 27, of 1024 Coventry Lane, Crystal Lake, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence, failure to stay in a single lane and driving without insurance. He allegedly refused a Breathalyzer test and was released after he posted his driver’s license and $100 cash bond.
