Police arrested the driver of a car that rolled over on Pyott Road at View Point early Wednesday morning. Police arrested Scott A. Williamson, 27, of 1305 Cunat Ct., Apt. 1C, Lake in the Hills, on charges of driving under the influence, failing to reduce speed to avert an accident, driving too fast for conditions and driving without insurance, police said.
