Joseph A. Calzaretta, 27, of 1519 N. President St., Wheaton, was charged with driving without a license, attempted obstruction of justice and possession of an altered driver’s license, police said. An officer stopped Calzaretta after recognizing him as wanted on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court, police said.
