Rachel Riley (Voice, March 25) wrote about the horrible ad broadcast during the March 14 Bulls game.
This ad, which shows five young black men pointing guns at a white man holding a cigarette lighter to two Bulls tickets, started running last fall. I also found this ad to have no redeeming features and expressed my feelings about violence not being funny in a letter to Bulls General Manager Jerry Krause. I suggested they change ad agencies if this was the best those “creative” minds could produce. So far I have not had a reply.
I encourage fans to write to Bulls management, asking them to withdraw this ad.
