Lester E. Rickard, 88, who was chairman of Rickard Circular Folding Co. and a Wilmette resident for 28 years, died Friday in Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. In 1928, Mr. Rickard began working at the binding company founded in 1900 by his father. He became president in 1957 and worked there until last January. Mr. Rickard was a past president of the Chicago Executives Association. Survivors include his wife, Caroline; a son, Jack; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday in Donnellan Family Funeral Home, 10045 Skokie Blvd., Skokie. Services will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Northfield Community Church, 400 Wagner Rd., Northfield.
