A 40-year-old village man told police someone spit on his windshield and scratched the entire length of his 1989 Dodge while it was parked in the Wal-Mart parking lot Monday evening. According to reports, the victim had a verbal altercation with a man who was double parked just before entering the store. Police are investigating. Damage was estimated at $200.
