Eric M. Neathery, 17, of 1227 Portage Lane, was arrested just after 9 p.m. Wednesday on warrants held by the Woodstock Police Department for aggravated assault and battery for an incident that allegedly occurred at 4:20 a.m. on April 12 in the 200 block of West South Street, according to a police report.
