Rolling Meadows-based Antec Corp. and Tele-Communications Inc. signed a letter of intent to form a joint venture to support Tele-Communications’ plans to upgrade its domestic cable television systems. Financial terms were withheld. Antec said Thursday the companies plan to form a limited liability company to provide design, engineering and construction services for the upgrade.
