Cleveland Court, a development of townhouses in Chicago’s Old Town area, is selling at a rapid pace. Nearly half of the 57 units planned in the project were sold before a model even opened.
Designed by Booth/Hansen and Associates Architects and developed by Wooton Construction, the townhouses at Cleveland and Blackhawk Streets, are built on a floorplate of up to 31 feet–wider than most new city townhouse plans.
The units, priced from $194,800 to $369,800, feature a long list of standard amenities and design details, including center entrances, bay windows, slate entryways, fireplaces and gourmet kitchens.
