Juan Gavina-Gomez, 30, 403 Hill Ave., Elgin, was arrested Saturday night and charged with allegedly driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol content of more than .10, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage, police said. Police pulled over Gavina-Gomez near Illinois Highway 53 and Park Place and allegedly saw full beer bottles on his back seat, police said.
